Grant Eligibilty

To be eligible for a grant you must be diagnosed with a form of gastric cancer (stomach cancer) or the caregiver of the person with the gastric cancer (stomach cancer).

Grant amounts are based on the funds we have available at the time you apply and are a one-time only gift to use for whatever financial need you deem necessary.

Simple 3-Step Process

Step 1 Print out our form.

Download our SCRNET Grant Application Print, fill out your part, and then hand to your doctor to fill out his/her section. All sections MUST be complete in order to be eligible for this one-time grant.

Step 2 Send back our form.

After getting back the form from your doctor, you may either fax the form back to us at 1-702-410-2601 or mail it to us at Stomach Cancer Relief Network Inc., 6069 S. Fort Apache Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV. 89148.

Step 3 Receive relief check.

All checks are sent out on the first of each month depending on our funds available at that time and disbursed in the order we receive the applications pending on the validity of the information. We verify all information.
